Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
Acceptance Of Terms
By using intrecciotech.com or hiring us for engineering and design work, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
What We Do
We build technical setups and digital operations for growing businesses. Our deliverables typically include:
- Designing and deploying custom websites.
- Setting up Google Business profiles and local search.
- Integrating WhatsApp catalogs for lead capture.
- Configuring secure payment gateways and invoicing.
The exact scope of your project will be defined in a separate agreement or quote before we start.
Your Obligations
We need your help to stay on schedule. You agree to provide the necessary assets, like logos, copy, brand guidelines, and domain access, when requested. If these materials are delayed, the project timeline will shift back accordingly. You also agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Billing And Payments
We price our work using structured tiers.
- Payment Schedule: We bill initial retainers before the project starts. Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly.
- Invoicing: Invoices are sent directly to your registered email.
- Late Payments: If an invoice is 15 days late, we pause all active work until the balance is cleared.
Intellectual Property
You own all custom graphics, copy, and specific domain configurations once the final invoice is paid in full. We retain ownership of our reusable framework components, proprietary backend tools, and the underlying code templates we use across multiple projects.
Warranties And Liability
We build to modern security and performance standards, but our services are provided "as is" without any strict warranties. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party hosting outages, network failures, or unapproved code changes you make directly. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the dispute.
Termination
You can cancel your ongoing maintenance plan at any time by giving us a 30-day notice. We can also terminate our services if you violate these terms or fail to pay your invoices. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.
Governing Law
State and federal laws govern these terms. If a dispute happens, we will try to resolve it through direct technical consultation and mediation before either party takes formal legal action.
